Rancho Mirage Apartments

So far I am completely dissatisfied with my unit. I have had to put in work order after work order after work order just about every month. My ceiling leaks like crazy when it rains (and I live on the bottom floor) my AC unit is always leaking, my fridge had to be replaced and my unit actually flooded from a neighbors unit. All this in just 6 months. Maintenance is good about getting to the problem but it seems that it’s always a band aid and they don’t really fix anything. My ceiling tiles have caved in and the wall where my breaker box is is filled with water. This a joke for this property management. No resolution has even been provided. I called at 4:50PM 09/01/23 to get an update and they close at 5. But obviously they close earlier than that. Negative stars if I could. Legal action will be taken.

Let’s talk about Pedro! Most down to earth and sweet soul! We had a maintenance issue and both times he came quickly to fix the issue. Not only is he quick and friendly but also very knowledgeable and both times fixed both issues I had! He definitely knows what he’s doing and how to do things and with the amazing customer service it’s unmatched! One of the very few rental properties with amazing and wonderful staff like Pedro!

Pleasant Apartments, Disappointing Approval Process My experience with the apartments left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the property exudes a welcoming and chill atmosphere that instantly appealed to my desire for a comfortable living space. The ambiance was indeed nice, and the surroundings seemed safe and well-maintained. However, the disappointment set in during the application process. Despite having stable, full-time jobs at reputable hotels (5-star and 4-star), my mother and I faced unexpected hurdles in getting approved. This came as a surprise, especially considering our financial stability and steady employment. The lack of transparency from the management left us puzzled and frustrated. We were eager to provide more information to address any concerns they might have had, but unfortunately, the management did not make any effort to engage with us. This lack of communication left us feeling like our application was dismissed without a fair evaluation. Moreover, it was disheartening to suspect that our application might have been influenced by factors beyond our control, such as our race. The overall treatment from the staff felt forced and impersonal. Simple greetings like "hello" and "how are you" seemed to be absent, adding to the sense of being unwelcome. In conclusion, while the apartments themselves are appealing and seem like a great place to live, the opaque and seemingly biased approval process, coupled with the impersonal treatment, left a sour taste in our mouths. I hope the management takes steps to improve transparency and fairness in their application procedures to ensure a more positive experience for future applicants.

If you are looking to move to Las Vegas, please avoid this apartment complex at all costs. The staff does not care about you. They are very nice to you when you’re handing over your money and they are giving you the keys but the minute you’re in they don’t answer any complaints, questions or problems , they ignore you completely. They are rude, nasty and really don’t care about you whatsoever! Music blasts all day, and all night long and nothing is ever done about it! Save your money and find a complex that truly cares about you!

I moved in a month ago I had problem after problem. Apartment experience 3/10. Pedro the maintenance guy provided so much help and assisted with getting my apartment back up and running. Changed my whole experience. 10/10 service from him. I really do appreciate him. Couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my a/c and why it was leaking and he said “I will keep figuring it out till I get you right” and he did. Does his job to the highest level. Keisha also provided great customer service and kept me up to date on information and timelines.
